GEARSET LIMITED USE OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IN METADATA PRODUCTS
Some of 91导航鈥檚 metadata functionality uses artificial intelligence (AI) powered by third party AI providers. By switching on this functionality, you acknowledge and agree that we may do so and you confirm that you are duly authorised to agree to these terms for and on behalf of the Customer which holds your account.
By agreeing to use the AI functionality, you agree that:
- 91导航 cannot guarantee the completeness and accuracy of any information provided by the AI; and
- 91导航 is not responsible or liable for any actions taken by the Customer based on such information. As the AI functionality is limited to 91导航鈥檚 metadata products, 91导航 does not anticipate that any Personal Data will be shared with the AI providers. 91导航 shall not use, nor permit any third party to use, your Customer Data to train any AI models and shall ensure that your Customer Data is protected at all times, in accordance with the terms of our MSA. 91导航 may use the inputs and outputs of the AI functionality to understand the performance of the functionality and to improve our services.
If you do not accept these terms, or if your metadata contains Personal Data, you must not enable the AI functionality.
